On receiving a client enquiry, we perform a thorough and comprehensive analysis of the requirement followed by a validation and confirmation of all aspects of the Key Role and expected Job Profile.


Research and Planning

Once the requirement has been confirmed, we carry out an extensive research of the industry and locations where fitting candidates can be obtained from.


Recruitment Tools

Once out area of execution has been identified, with consent from our Clients we strategize and implement the introduction of the requirement via several media resources at our disposal including:

  • Distributing the requirement through our Network Agencies
  • Classifieds & Advertisements in Leading Indian News Publications like Times of India, Express Computers, Hindustan Times, Indian Express and regional and local newspapers
  • Online Advertisements via our company website and leading Job Portals
  • Sending personalized and informative emails to candidates throughout our vast database

Initial Assessment

On receiving candidate resumes, they are shortlisted in line with requirement, experience, skill level and qualifications. Shortlisted candidates are then indentified and invited for a face-to-face interview with our Selection Panel of Industry Experts. We provide extensive ground and logistic support to our clients in case they wish to interview the candidates personally. All requirement parameters are stringently tested before making any final decision on the candidate’s selection.


Offer & Agreement

If the candidate suffices all client expectations, a Job Offer is extended to them. All aspects of the complete Remuneration package is discussed including basic salary, medical insurance, leaves, travel expenses, period of contract etc. Once the client and candidate reach to an agreement of the terms and conditions, the final appointment process is completed.


Appointment Procedure

After the Job Offer issued by the client has been formally signed and accepted by the candidate, a detailed Appointment Letter is issued by the Client then signed by both the client and the candidate. Medical Tests required for the candidate are then carried out. Candidates who are certified medically fit are then allowed to move towards required visa issuance and endorsement procedures. Once required permits and visas have been issued, we make the final travel arrangements for the candidate.

We provide end-to-end solutions and services to both the candidate and the client starting from the requirement definition to candidate deployment to country of job destination. Throughout the process, we make sure both the Client and candidate have been kept updated time and again with relevant information.
